I really like your blog. What a lot of good information. I enjoyed the article on Super Foods. It seems like most of the good things we do for ourselves and our bodies just require some common sense. I’ve secretly been looking for an easier way to lose weight rather than the old (but good) stand-by: Eat Less/Exercise More. Then I’m reminded in this article that I can slow down the aging process if I “exercise daily and eat well.” More common sense. Thanks for the reminder and the good advice.
